The Grange by the Sea

In the heart of Shanklin's Old Village, The Grange is 1km from the beach. It offers tranquillity, tea/coffee and biscuits supplies available all day, a sauna and various activities. Seaview Self-Catering Holidays is a luxury self-catering holiday resort, offering child and pet-friendly accommodation in Seaview on the Isle of Wight. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with 1 double bed, a twin bedroom and a main bathroom with shower above.

Marinus 22

This stunning apartment is a real home from home, beautifully decorated, light and airy throughout. The patio outside the lounge is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by, with views overlooking the harbour. The open plan living room houses a fully functioning kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge. The main bedroom has a double bed with en suite shower room attached. There is a lovely second bedroom that has 2 single beds. This apartment is great for families, small crews, business clients and anyone looking for that homely vibe.

Osborne Court

Light and airy 2 bedroom apartment in Osborne Court sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 double bedrooms. This property has been newly refurbished throughout to a very high standard. Balcony door leading from the open plan sitting room onto the balcony over-looking Cowes parade and the entrance to Cowes harbour. The kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is another balcony leading from the master bedroom to the rear of the flat. Bed linen and towels are included. **A £250 deposit will be payable directly by the guests upon arrival.**

Claremount Cottage

Set over 3 floors the property offers plenty of space and storage areas for larger families/groups of friends. To the ground floor there is a good size entrance area with ample storage space, to the right of this area is the modern shower room with sink and WC, to the left you enter the kitchen/dining room where from there you then walk through to a lounge with comfy seating, TV and DVD. Take the stairs to the first floor to the spacious master bedroom with double bed or twin room, the family bathroom and a double bedroom. Slightly steep stairs take you to the second floor where you will find twin beds in the light and spacious attic room. The Velux windows in this room give sea views over the rooftops meaning you can get a glimpse of the action on the water without having to leave home. The property also boats a small courtyard area to enjoy evening drinks with friends, parking and wi-fi access. *A £250 deposit will be payable directly by the guests upon arrival.*

Moorgreen Road House

This 3 bedroom house sleeping 7 comprises of 1 large double bedroom, 2 twin rooms with 4 single beds in total and a small bed-settee ideal for one person. The property also boasts a fully fitted kitchen, utility room with extra toilet, washing machine plus tumble dryer, dining room with a table and chairs to seat 6+, a comfortable lounge and garden with decking and coal BBQ. There is also on street parking available. *A £250 deposit will be payable directly by the guests upon arrival.*

The Scout Hall

The old Chale Scout Hall was converted in 2012 to create another unique place to stay. Situated on Church Place, just outside the village of Chale on the south coast of the Isle of Wight in an area of ‘outstanding natural beauty’ , The Scout Hall has stunning and far-reaching coastal views over to The Needles. The Scout Hall stands in it’s own private grounds with a lawned area, outside seating and a BBQ. Externally the building has been restored using traditional materials and paint colours. Internally the space has been converted to ‘upside-down’ living accommodation to make the most of those views. The four generous downstairs bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are enclosed but the rest is open-plan, revealing original details of the space. The ‘Elvis’ bedroom has a small outside terrace. Upstairs there is a living and dining space with doors opening onto the deck and a quirky ships-galley style kitchen with all the usual facilities. The eclectic style of interior design throughout – using many 20th century classics and a hefty does of twee-free humour. Homemade cake and fresh flowers will always welcome you.

Newport Road Cottage

Beautiful 3 bedroom spacious home within easy walking distance to the town of Cowes. 3 very good size bedrooms, 1) master bedroom, 2) double plus single if needed, 3) double plus single if needed. Sleeping 6 in total. This lovely home has very large rooms, solid wood flooring runs throughout  which makes the house feel very warm, each room has been decorated neutrally. From the hallway there is a comfortable sitting room, fabulous kitchen/diner with doors leading to the utility room and garden. Bathroom with bath and separate shower. New w.c located in the utility room. On street parking before 8 am - 6 pm and local roads nearby with no restrictions. 10 minutes walk to the town of cowes and marinas. *Please note a £250 deposit is payable at the time of check in*

The Boathouse

The Boathouse has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 9 crew, a 22 ft sun terrace overlooking the harbour (accessed by ladder stairs from a bedroom), situated in Old Cowes town within minutes walking of all the main yacht clubs and marinas. The property features a bedroom with a king size bed or 2 singles and a twin room located on the top floor, a double bedroom and 1 single en-suite on the ground floor along with a room with bunk beds. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor. Porthole features in one of the bedrooms. 2 bathrooms in total. Parking either on Cowes sea front or car park around 5 minutes walk away. *Please note a damage deposit will be requested upon check in*

Harbour Lights Apartment

Harbour Lights Apartment is situated in a quiet road just a short walk to the town centre, with wonderful views of Cowes & the Solent from the top bedroom balcony & from the middle floor lounge. There is a good sized family kitchen dining room on the ground floor with steps down to a conservatory which is also perfect for dining & leads unto the large decked area ideal for those al fresco evenings & added benefit of parking for two cars this house well suited for holiday lets & smaller crew lets.
