Rag'n'Bone Man

When Rory Graham – better known these days as Rag'n'Bone Man – was making music and performing with a UK hip hop collective in Brighton at the beginning of the decade, no one really expected him to become the household name that he is today.

While he had no doubt been working hard for years, it was 2016 single 'Human' that really changed things for the man with the deep and soulful voice. Although it was kept off the top of the charts in his home country, the track went onto be a worldwide hit, landing him number one singles in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.

The song also won him a third BRIT Award, following his victories for 'British Breakthrough Act' and 'Critic’s Choice' at the ceremony in 2017.

This came at a time when his first album, also titled Human, had debuted at number one in the albums chart, selling more than 100,000 copies in its first week and making it the fastest-selling debut album by a male artist this decade.

All of this has led Rag'n'Bone Man becoming one of the most popular acts of recent years, landing him sets on festival stages across the globe – from Firefly, NOS Alive and Mad Cool to Latitude, Lollapalooza Paris and Glastonbury.
