Euroblast is a rock and metal festival and conference in the German city of Cologne.
Made up of live performances that included Veil of Maya, Animals as Leaders and Born of Osiris in 2016, as well as workshops, lectures and talks, Euroblast is a unique chance for rock and metal fans to gain a unique look into the genre they love, hearing first hand from artists and industry insiders.
Focusing more on the progressive side of the genre, expect loud aggression and high-energy amplification but with an experimental twist.
Essigfabrik is an indoor events venue in the Deutz district of Cologne.
If you are flying into Cologne Bonn Airport, you can reach the city centre in just 15 minutes by either train or taxi.
The city is also well connected via rail with the rest of Germany and neighbouring Europe, although some routes may require a change.
Once in the city, tram line 7 will take you within a short walk of the venue. Alternatively, a taxi from the city centre will take just 5 minutes.
Those aged 16 or under will only be permitted if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The first band will start everyday around 2pm.
