Carl Cox has been confirmed as the first headliner for Creamfields, taking place on 23-26 August next year.
After a decade away, the tech-house DJ returns to host and curate his own Intec stage on Friday night inside the festival's now iconic Steel Yard.
Now one of the most instantly recognisable DJs in the world, Carl Cox has been at the forefront of dance music for over three decades and has performed at festivals and clubs around the globe. His eagerly anticipated return to Creamfields is long overdue.
Curated by the legendary Cream brand – which shot to fame in the 90s thanks to its Liverpool club nights – as well as a number of other household brands and promoters, such as BBC Radio 1, Armada, Paradise and Hospitality, Creamfields has cemented itself as the UK's premier dance music festival.
Creamfields will take place on 23-26 August 2018.
