Rock In Rio have announced more names for their 2019 edition, including headliners Foo Fighters. The American rock giants will close the festival's main stage on Saturday 28 September, joining the likes of Drake, Bon Jovi, IRON MAIDEN, Red Hot Chili Peppers, P!nk, Muse and Imagine Dragons at the top of the bill for this year.
Also announced are Weezer – performing on the same day before Foo Fighters' headline set – and Panic! At The Disco, who have been confirmed for Thursday 3 October.
The festival is back in Rio de Janeiro again this year, the city that hosted the very first edition back in 1985, having been held in Lisbon in the summer of 2018 as part of the two-year cycle that see the event alternate between Europe and South America.
