There aren't many festivals in the US that have played a bigger part in the rise of music festivals than Lollapalooza. So it's only right that the festival would put together one of the biggest lineups of 2019.
The headliners for this year's four day event are Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, The Strokes, Twenty One Pilots, Tame Impala, and The Chainsmokers.
Joining them at Chicago's Grant Park will be the likes of Flume, Lil Wayne, J Balvin, Janelle Monáe, Kacey Musgraves, Meek Mill, 21 Savage, Death Cab For Cutie, Rosalía, and Alesso.
What jumps out here is that Lollapalooza is hitting all the bases and covering a wide range of sounds with aplomb. Leaders of pop, rock, hip hop, EDM and beyond are all here, while the lower half of the bill is chalked full of buzz worthy up-and-comers from an equally wide range of genres.
Lollapalooza 2019 takes place August 1-4 in Chicago's Grant Park. Find more info on our Lollapalooza 2019 guide.
