Carving up the ice and dialling up the volume since 1993, RaveOnSnow's electronic music/snowsports mash-up pulls together the finest pistes in Austria with a lineup to match the spectacular scenery.

Legendary trance pioneer Sven Väth just can't stay away from RaveOnSnow, returning to headline 2014 with an army of global names and local acts packing out the festival's 10 venues for 3 full-speed days and 3 sleepless nights.

Every inch of space in Saalbach – from après ski barns to the town's clubs and bars – turns out for the season's biggest party year after year. And whatever your taste within the electronic family, you'll find spots and sets to help you recover from a hard day on the slopes.

Part of the Kitzbüheler Alpen, Saalbach is one of Austria's front-line ski resorts. The region (called Saalbach-Hinterglemm) is a 3-piste network: Saalbach, Hinterglemm and Leogang. The valley's south side is generally in the shade and so benefits from very good snow cover, while the sunny north side provides many off-piste opportunities. Both sides offer runs of all difficulties.
