Amsterdam's small army of music festivals – from DGTL Festival and Awakenings, to Kingsday Festival and Pacha Festival – makes no excuses for the city's incredible history of techno and house music.
As Dutch DJs continue to ride high on the international scene, and the influential Amsterdam Dance Event brings the whole electronic world to the Netherlands' capital city every October, Amsterdam is packed full of incredible dance events all year round.
