WATCH: The Best Festival Sets of 2017

From Helena Hauff at Dekmantel to Radiohead at Rock Werchter and Jarreau Vandal at Appelsap, we take a look back at some of the best festival sets from the past year.

And give you the perfect soundtrack for your NYE pre-drinks.

Helena Hauff at Dekmantel Festival

It's been a monumental year for electro. The rippling, ravey, outer space sound has wobbled across dancefloors around the world, from underground clubs to mainstream music festivals.

And its two champions, Helena Hauff and DJ Stingray, have been at the forefront of that. Here, Hauff closes Boiler Room's Dekmantel stage in the only way she knows how. Hard.

Jarreau Vandal at Appelsap Fresh Music Festival

Anyone familiar with Soulection will know that wherever they go, they bring the party.

And Jarreau Vandal, one of the collective's leading stars did just that at Appelsap back in August. Jumping (literally) from grime and hip-hop to funk, soul, house and back round again, his set was a mixing masterclass in how to get a crowd vibing.

Radiohead at Rock Werchter

Just days after their storming headline set at Glastonbury brought many men to tears, the British band were at it again, delivering another emphatic performance in the year that OK Computer turned 20.

Jayda G at Dekmantel Festival

Groovy, vibey and delivered with a huge smile on her face, Jayda G lit up the Boiler Room Dekmantel stage with an infectious dose of funk, soul and disco.

Rødhåd at Amsterdam Dance Event

The proclaimed Berlin Dark Lord is no stranger to marathon sets inside the city's legendary Berghain nightclub. His deep, hypnotic and industrial style has made him one of techno's most in-demand names.

Here he captivated Amsterdam's Gashouder as part of Ben Klock's Photon night at this year's ADE.

Martin Garrix at Tomorrowland

DJ Mag's number one DJ of the year tore up the world famous main stage with his all-conquering energy back in July, bringing together two of dance music's shining lights for an hour of pure euphoria.
