18hrs Festival is an electronic celebration that attracts house and techno fans from far and wide. Situated amongst a series of warehouses and open-air stages to the north of Amsterdam, the festival creates a euphoric atmosphere within its immersive setting.

True to its name, some of the biggest names from across the electronic scene will grace the festival over the course of its 18 hour lifespan, going from dusk 'till dawn.

Previous names to have taken to the stage include Monika Kruse, Benny Rodrigues, Nick Curly, Friend Within, Waze & Odyssey, Ninetoes, Gary Beck and Mathias Kaden.

FAQs

BY PLANE: The nearest airport to the festival is Amsterdam Schiphol, where from Zaandam is either a 17 minute train journey away, or a 20 minute taxi ride. However, a taxi will cost around €70, whereas the train will only be around €4. 

BY TRAIN: Zaandam train station is easily reachable from all over Holland, however some changes may be necessary depending on where you are travelling from. 

18hrs will be operating a shuttle bus service from Zaandam train station to the festival site and back every few minutes (available from 12:00 pm - 07:00 am). The journey should take around ten minutes. 

BY CAR: There are large parking facilities close to the festival site. If you are driving, the best address to enter into a satnav is Symon Spiersweg, Zaandam, where from you can then follow signs to the festival. 

Minimum age of entry is 18.

In spirit of its name, 18hrs last for 18 hours and, while the actual times aren't on the official website, last year the festival started at 12pm with the outdoor stages finishing at 11pm and the indoor stages at 6am the following morning.

For 18hrs our ticket format is e-tickets provided to us directly from the organiser. We dispatch e-tickets in batches and you will receive an email as soon as your package is ready to download, you should receive all your information by July 1st 2016, however we will try to send them out earlier.
