Armin van Buuren's trance brand comes to the Netherlands
A State of Trance is a worldwide trance festival that takes place across several continents, bringing a lineup of the genre's finest names to cities across the globe.
Originally a weekly radio show hosted by none other than Armin van Buuren, the ASOT radio show-cum-record label has gone onto hosting events, starting with its own stage at Ultra Miami in 2011. This was the first time a radio show had been given its own tent at a music festival, and led to the brand becoming a familiar sight at both Ultra and EDC Las Vegas.
The first night of its 2017 festival tour brings it to Utrecht's Jaarbeurs for a night with resident Armin van Buuren, as well as Armada label founders Aly & Fila and duo Vini Vici all the way till six in the morning. And as ever with all ASOT parties, expect overwhelming production and a uniquely inclusive atmosphere that welcomes in people from all over the world.

Jaarbeurs is a year-round event space in the heart of Utrecht. Used to hosting high-energy dance parties, the venue is an ideal home for A State of Trance's Utrecht takeover.
Jaarbeurs, Jaarbeursplein, Utrecht, 3521, Netherlands
BY PLANE: Amsterdam Schiphol is the nearest international airport to Utrecht, and is both a 30 minute train or taxi journey away. We do however recommend you get a train into Utrecht Central Station as taxis can cost up to €130, and trains leave roughly every 15 minutes so are very regular.
BY TRAIN: Utrecht Central Station is in the heart of the Netherlands, and is therefore easily reachable from all over the country.
BY BUS: The city's main bus station is directly next door to Central Station, welcoming services from all over the country and also from nearby cities such as Nieuwegein and Ijsselstein.
Both the train and bus station are within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Simply follow the signs for Jaarbeursplein.
Minimum age of entry is 18.
The event will run from 20:00 until 06:00.
