The festival must for wine lovers
Amsterdam Wine Festival 2020 has unfortunately been cancelled due to public health concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19. You can read the festival's full statement here.
Amsterdam Wine Festival is a food and wine festival held in the Dutch capital. Taking over the legendary Gashouder for three spring days in March the festival is set to be a special affair with even more activities this year.
The Amsterdam Wine Festival covers more than 5,000 m2 of wine experience and is an absolute must for anyone who loves wine. Each country has its own area with an extensive selection of wines that you can order by the glass. Take part in the large wine quiz, a grape-grape competition or a workshop led by a winegrower.
Showcasing hundreds of wines, the festival also has a lineup of world class chefs creating the perfect wine pairings, as well as live musical acts and DJs to soundtrack your experience.
This edition is celebrating wines from the southern hemisphere, with particular focus on wines from Argentina, South Africa, New Zealand, and Chile.
