Annie Mac Presents… Lost & Found has become one of Europe's best sun-drenched dance music festivals. Starting off the summer in classic AMP style, it's relaxed partying at its finest.
Already holding an indomitable reputation in Britain for high-grade nights that combined dance music with the best of grime and UK bass, AMP's first festival took Malta by storm in 2015.
And it hasn't looked back since, bringing in castle raves, boat parties and even more hotel venues for its second edition. This is a season-starter that has well and truly found its groove.
A beautiful island out in the middle of Mediterranean Sea, Malta is an archipelago made up of 3 major islands, and is home to less than half a million people.
Malta International Airport is in the south of the main island, and there are good transport links around all three of Malta's islands from there.
The main festival site will be at Numero Uno.
Shuttles depart from Cafe Del Mar and head directly to the pick up and drop off points at the festival site, before returning to Cafe Del Mar.
The shuttles will run on a continuous loop, operating at the following times:
Friday 14 April 2017: 12:00 – 05:00
Saturday 15 April 2017: 20:00 – 05.00
Sunday 16 April 2017: 20:00 – 05.00
You will need to buy a shuttle wristband in advance to use this service.
Minimum age is 18.
There will be events running from each afternoon till the early hours of the next day. A full timetable will be released in the run up to the festival.
With your wristband you can come and go to the festival site as you wish.
All pool parties are included in your ticket and take place at Cafe Del Mar – opening times, set times and full line-ups will be announced soon.
If you are attending a boat party, please arrive 60 minutes before your boat is due to set sail. If you are attending a castle party, please arrive either 60 minutes before your boat sets sail, or 15 minutes before your bus departs.
It is also worth noting that you will not be able to attend both a boat party and a castle party on the same day due to the time overlap.
The airport is around a 35 minute drive from Qawra and Buggiba.
The average temperature on the island is 20 degrees in April. The festival still advise that you to bring a jacket for the evening and night though.
There are cash machines across the island of Malta where you can withdraw Euros as well as there being a Bureaux de Change in some hotels.
This festival is great for students. If you're planning on going to a festival as a student group, enquire here for extra help.
