The mountains are alive with the sound of electronic music
Gliding over the soft, untouched powder of early 2015, Garosnow’s reunion with Les Angles fires the gun for another season on the slopes for the journeying festival.
Scaling the summits and shooting down the valleys once again, the Garosnow grand carnival brings A-grade electronic lineups to town, pulling together the twin joys of snow sports and night-time beat-seeking for some of the best parties in the Pyrenees.
This year, the likes of Breton and Brodinski bring their smooth curve of electro and techno to Les Angles, while Acid Arab and Set&Match inject wholesome doses of Eastern and hip-hop sounds into the mix.
High up on the Capcir Plateau in the eastern Pyrenees, Les Angles provides a wide variety of slopes and great venues. It’s a perfect site to kick-start the Garosnow season.
Garosnow – Les Angles, Les Angles, 66210, France
Perpignan Airport is about 55 miles from Les Angles, and is the closest airport both sides of the France/Spain border. Transfers are available from the airport.
Les Angles is actually one of the most reliable locations in the area for a good covering of quality snow. So, barring an exceptional heatwave, the snow should be great.
There is no age restriction for the resort of Les Angles, but you must be 18 to go to the festival’s music shows.
