Glitch is a Maltese house and techno festival, held on the island in August 2018. Since its debut in 2016, the festival has gone from strength to strength, hosting the likes of Jon Hopkins, Ben Klock and Marcel Dettmann inside its self-proclaimed "House and Techno Fortress".
Taking over the Mediterranean island, Glitch is a chance for dance fans to lap up the sun and party in the company of some of the scene's best DJs and producers. Characterised by sun-kissed house and disco during the day, followed by darker, disjointed techno, acid and electro as darkness falls, the Malta festival is a sonic journey on one of Europe's most beautiful landscapes.
Played out in front of a backdrop of cultural ruins and beautiful beaches, Glitch combines musical debauchery and summer relaxation to perfection.
The island of Malta sits in the heart of the Mediterranean and is just 80km off the coast of Italy. The population of the island is less than 500,000.
