A boutique Australian festival

The Grass is Greener is an Australian boutique music festival, showcasing the best in Australian talent for one day in Cairns each October.

7,000 fans attended last year's event featuring Peking Duk, Ekali and Allday at The Cairns Showgrounds. 

This year's festival is going to be even bigger, with 27 artists from a variety of genres performing across two stages.

Cairns Showground is within easy walking distance from the city centre, or a short taxi ride if coming from further out.

The festival will run from 12pm until 10pm.

All ages are welcome at The Grass is Greener, however, those aged 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
