Into The Valley returns to the site of its storming debut for another house and techno ball that will see thousands of ravers descend on the truly spectacular Dalhalla.
The former limestone quarry and its surrounding forest is quite possibly one of the most unique locations as it is, but fill it with the very best electronic DJs, and you've got a party like no other.
2015 saw the likes of Richie Hawtin, Four Tet and Nina Kraviz perform under exhilarating sound, lights and visuals, setting the quarry ablaze with colour and ensuring we'll be talking about it all the way up to round two.
A huge former limestone quarry, the Dalhalla has been hosting musical events since 1995. The ampitheatre is predominately used for operatic performances, however, it has also been the site for unforgettable shows from Sigur Rós, Arcade Fire, and a storming Into The Valley debut.
BY PLANE: The nearest airports are either Dala Airport (Borlänge) or Mora Airport, however, these airports are not always accessible depending on where you are flying from. If that is the case for you, then we recommend flying to Arlanda Airport in Stockholm, and either catching a connecting flight or train onto Rättvik.
BY TRAIN: The festival will be operating its very own "Festival Train", which will depart from Stockholm on Friday morning and return on Sunday afternoon. Alternatively, you can also reach the festival via train from all over Sweden, with the nearest station to the festival being Rättvik.
The festival will be running a bus schedule (yet to be released) between train station, camp sites, nearby cities/villages and the festival arena itself.
