Hosting musical creativity for over three decades
Jazzkaar 2020 has been postponed due to public health concerns over the spread of COVID-19. The new festival dates are 9-14 October.

Jazzkaar is a large jazz music festival held in Tallinn, Estonia in April which combines the avant-garde with the mainstream for a festival of diversity.
The festival runs concerts throughout the year, with Jazzkaar being their flagship event featuring 50 concerts over 5 days of programming.
The biggest jazz event in The Baltics, the festival's three decades have seen over 3000 musicians from 60 countries, uniting musicians, audience and different periods and styles of jazz.
The lineup for the new October dates will be largely the same as the original April lineup, but with some changes.
Taking place in the Telliskivi Creative Hub of Tallinn, the festival curates incredible artists concerts are set in the city’s concert hall, Alexela Kontserdimaja.

The nearest airport is Tallinn Airport (TLL). Upon arrival take tram number 4 Lennujaam – Tondi to Hobujaama station and change to tram number 2 Suur-Paala – Kopli or tram number 1 Kadriorg – Kopli to Telliskivi station. Telliskivi Creative City is a 5 minute walk from there.
Balti Jaam is accessible from most cities in Europe but will require at least one transfer along the way. Upon arrival take tram number 2 Suur-Paala – Kopli or tram number 1 Kadriorg – Kopli to Telliskivi station. Telliskivi Creative City is a 5 minute walk from there.
