Kingsland Festival Amsterdam is an annual electronic celebration for King's Day, the Netherland's most famous bank holiday of the year.
To mark the birthday of King Willem Alexander, Kingsland will be turning the Dutch capital into a sea of orange, inviting a selection of some of Europe's best names in EDM and house for an all-day party at the city's RAI event space.
Martin Garrix, Oliver Heldens and W&W have all taken to the decks in previous years, whipping up crowds into a frantic frenzy that has made Kingsland synonymous with epic parties right across the country.
The RAI Amsterdam is a large indoor and outdoor event space with a capacity of around 13,000.
If you're flying to Amsterdam Schipol Airport, you can easily catch a 15 minute train into the city's central station. Alternatively, buses run between the airport and city too.
The city has good rail links to the rest of the Netherlands, and also with neoighboring Germany and Belgium, with many train services running direct to the Dutch capital.
Once you are in the city, the venue is easily accessible. Tram 4 runs between the RAI (Europaplein stop), Amsterdam’s city centre and Amsterdam Central Station. You can reach the RAI from the Amstel railway station by taking Metro 51 and Bus 65. Metro 51 also runs to Amsterdam Central Station. Metro 50 runs regularly between the Amsterdam Sloterdijk and Gein stations and stops at the RAI Amsterdam station.
You must be 18 to attend Kingsland Festival.
