A celebration of humanity

La Fête de l'Humanité is a multi genre-music festival held in La Courneuve, 8km north of Paris.

Organised by the French newspaper L'Humanité, the festival is devoted to politics, concerts and musicians who have come to share the greatness of their music and expression. The event also provides a safe space to meet and socialise with locals, to engage in friendly debates and discussions on social issues in the midst of fairs, village markets and of course music performances. For the adventurous and sporty, there's also a 10km run on the morning of the Sunday.

Georges Valbon County Park is the largest park in the Greater Paris region, with around 400 hectares of lakes, waterfalls, parks and woodland.
