A French institution
La Route du Rock 2020 has unfortunately been cancelled due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19. The 30th edition will now take place in the summer of 2021. You can read the festival's full statement here.
Festicket customers will be contacted regarding next steps.
La Route du Rock is an alternative music festival in the historic port town of Saint-Malo in Brittany, France.
Quite frankly, the festival is an institution with almost thirty years experience to name, which has long gained international acclaim.
La Route du Rock has justifiably earned itself a reputation for lineups made up of exciting, genre-pushing artists from the loosely named alternative genre.
Moreover, its setting within the picturesque coastal town adds a special touch as the festival utilises a historic fort, a modern cultural hub and a beachside stage to host performances over the course of four days.
The 2020 lineup will be announced closer to the festival.
Relaxed daytime sessions at the beach progress to a more high-tempo evening programme at La Nouvelle Vague
