Celebrating France's finest
Les Francofolies de La Rochelle is an established favourite for the picturesque city on France's west coast, the festival offering five days of musical celebration each summer.
At the heart of the festival is a commitment to showcasing the finest French (and Francophone) musical talent from a diverse array of styles, the lineup bringing together veteran performers and rising stars, rock bands and rappers, old and young.
And this diversity and inclusivity is reflected in the festival's dedicated fanbase as each edition sees music lovers of all ages and backgrounds join together in the celebration, held primarily in the scenic surrounds of the city's historic port.
The festival's main outdoor stage is situated on the port of Esplanade Saint-Jean d'Acre, however there will also be shows in venues nearby, including a theatre, club and the old harbour.
