Life in Color – The Big Bang Tour brings its paint-splashed carnival to Istanbul once again. KüçükÇiftlik Park is the perfect outdoor venue for a high-octane electronic music festival where the crowd becomes a blank canvas.
With top-line staging and light shows enhanced by stage-level paint cannons, Life In Color recreate their signature with shed loads of experience and expertise.
The festival lineup is always full of energy and drive, as international names are supported by up-and-coming artists from each locality on the tour.

KüçükÇiftlik Park is located in the south of Istanbul city, in the Beşiktaş area. It is close to the Vodafone Arena (where Beşiktaş football club play their home games).
Being east of the Bosphorus, the park is in the European half of the city.

Ataturk Airport is the largest in Turkey, and also happens to be on the same side of Istanbul as KüçükÇiftlik Park. This means that the journey time is pretty short!
FROM THE AIRPORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The best way to get to the festival site from the airport is by taking a Havatas bus to Taksim Square. They depart twice per hour and take around 40 minutes, with a fare of 9-10 TL (€3-4). From Taksim Square, the park is a ten-15 minute walk away, north east and over the Kadırgalar Cd highway.
Taxis are probably the most convenient form of transport in Istanbul, and they're pretty cheap too. However, a small minority of drivers are looking to take advantage of tourists. Here are a few tips for staying safe, and (hopefully) to help you not to get ripped-off.
- Official taxis are always bright yellow, with a "taksi" sign on the roof. They all have digital meters, so don't agree to pay a flat fee. Their taxi plate number will be clearly visible on the front two doors and on the roof.
- Look out for drivers stopping the meter during the journey, as his "estimated fare" will be demanded at the end. No surprises, those estimations can often be a bit generous in the driver's favour.
- Meters are normally located down by the gear stick. No-one will be offended if you shift in your seat to check it at intervals during the ride.
- Tolls for bridges over the Bosphorus and the TEM highway (4 TL, maybe €1.50) will be added to the fare.
Above all, just make sure you feel comfortable and safe before getting in to a taxi. Chances are you'll have a great ride!
