Chile's premier music festival

Lollapalooza Chile is a South American outpost of the legendary Lollapalooza festival series in Santiago. The festival is world renowned for presenting some of the biggest names in all genres of popular music.

The first Lollapalooza to take place outside of the USA, the Chilean edition began in 2011. Entering its 8th year, the festival welcomes almost 200,000 people over its two days with a winning formula of combining great music, visual arts and food/drink in the picturesque Parque O'Higgins.

Located in the centre of the capital city, Parque O'Higgins is Chile's second largest public park and includes in its grounds a 16,000 capacity arena, an amusement park, an olympic swimming pool and a host of shops, craft stalls and museums.

FAQs

The nearest airport is Santiago International Airport (SCL). Upon arrival take the bus to Los Héroes (45 minutes). Transfer to the L2 metro line and get off at Parque O'Higgins (3 minutes). From here follow signs to the festival. 

The festival has also set up a bus and ride sharing system for festival-goers. Check here for more information.

This is an all ages festival. Children 10 and under are allowed entry free of charge and the festival features a kidzapalooza section with dedicated entertainment for children.
