Chile's premier music festival
Lollapalooza Chile is a South American outpost of the legendary Lollapalooza festival series in Santiago. The festival is world renowned for presenting some of the biggest names in all genres of popular music.
The first Lollapalooza to take place outside of the USA, the Chilean edition began in 2011. Entering its 9th year, the festival welcomes almost 200,000 people over its two days with a winning formula of combining great music, visual arts and food/drink in the picturesque Parque O'Higgins.
Lollapalooza Chile 2019 will feature sets from Arctic Monkeys, Sam Smith, Kendrick Lamar, Twenty One Pilots and more.
Located in the centre of the capital city, Parque O'Higgins is Chile's second largest public park and includes in its grounds a 16,000 capacity arena, an amusement park, an olympic swimming pool and a host of shops, craft stalls and museums.
