Meet the Masters

Masters of Rock is a hard rock and heavy metal festival in Vizovice, Czech Republic.

Heavy metal disciples are the most loyal around, and each year, masses of worshippers descend on Rudolf Jelinek Distillery Land to bow to the makers of modern metal; the list of 'Masters' already to have played here include the likes of Mötorhead, Anthrax, Saxon, Def Leppard, Dream Theatre, and Slayer.

As Czech Republic's most hallowed, heaviest, and hardest rock and metal festival, there's an abundance of activities to occupy festival-goers besides headbanging with dedicated game areas and heart-pounding sports for the adrenaline junkies in attendance.

Rudolf Jelinek Distillery Land are the grounds of a local distiller, famous for their plum brandy. The space is wide open and thus perfect for an ever growing festival like Masters of Rock
