Nature One 2013
- Kastellaun, Germany
- 2-4 August 2013
A Time To Shine
A disused NATO rocket base, missile bunkers, scaffolding structures, stages running from 18:00 - 06:00 and campsite parties in the day - NATURE ONE could only happen in Germany. With surely the highest production values to be found at a festival, expect fireworks, smoke bombs, confetti and enough lights to illuminate half of Europe. An illustrious pedigree as one of the first European electronic music festivals, founded in 1994, means NATURE ONE is a behemoth of a festival.
Today it brings a crowd of over 50,000 to Rocketbase PYDNA for the biggest 'Open Air' in Germany. Make no mistake though - the music is bang up to date, with four main floors spanning Trance, Techno, Minimal, House, Hardstyle - and a nod to its heritage with a Classic stage featuring acts like Loveparade chief Dr Motte. The action spills over from the main stages to nineteen smaller dance floors, some in missile bunkers, manned by crews from cutting-edge techno labels. NATURE ONE is a festival for the seriously fun-loving, hedonistic dance music fan.
