Øyafestivalen 2020 has been cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. Tickets will remain valid for next year's edition, set to take place on 11th - 14th August 2021. You can read the full statement from the festival here.

Øyafestivalen is Oslo's alternative and indie haven, showcasing its incredible lineup in the central Tøyenparken across five days in August.

Now one of Norway's biggest and most respected music festivals, Øyafestivalen takes pride in showcasing its lineup of international stars alongside some of the country's best up-and-coming acts.

And what's more, the festival is passionate about keeping its carbon footprint down and encouraging sustainability. That means you'll find an immense selection of organic food and drink, sustainably sourced electricity, and recycling by the masses at this inspiring Scandinavian gem.

BY PLANE:

The nearest airport is Oslo Airport (OSL). Upon arrival take the F2, F1x or F1 train to Oslo Central Station. From here transfer to the 5 or 1 metro line and get off at Tøyen. The venue is a 5 minute walk east from the metro station.

BY TRAIN:

Oslo Central Station is accessible from most Norwegian and Swedish cities but may require a transfer along the way. Upon arrival take the 5 or 1 metro line and get off at Tøyen. The venue is a 5 minute walk east from the metro station.

This is an all ages festival, but if you are over 18 and would like to drink, bring your ID.

Children under 12 get free admission with an adult.
