Cutting edge electronic music
Unfortunately, Positiv Festival will not take place in 2017 due to difficulties reaching an agreement with the site's landlord.
Positiv Festival is an electronic music festival that takes place in Marseille, in the south of France.
Underground house and techno take centre stage, but the carefully curated lineup allows for a hugely varied range of influences and styles; whether that's jazz and funk, hip-hop and RnB, or even grime and trap.
Across the one day party, all of this finds its way onto the four stages in Marseille's Dock des Suds, a cultural exhibition development in the heart of the city's industrial docklands.
Dating back to the ancient Greeks, Dock des Suds is a transformed memory of Marseille's industrial past. The re-imagined music venue and exhibition space can hold up to 10,000 people.
