Sea Dance is an electronic and pop music festival on the Montenegro coast. Set in Budva, the festival is sibling to Serbia's EXIT, and is held just after.
Taking over Jaz Beach – widely regarded as one of Europe's best – Sea Dance is the perfect afterparty for EXIT, laying on a fun-filled lineup of house and pop, set against the backdrop of beachside cocktails and sun-drenched relaxation.
After scooping Best Medium-Sized Festival in Europe after its debut in 2014, Sea Dance has gone from strength to strength, becoming one of the region's most popular summer music festivals.
The lineup will be announced closer to the festival. The last edition included Sean Paul, Fatboy Slim and John Newman.
Named by Lonely Planet as Europe's Best Beach, over the last few years Jaz Beach has become one of the most popular event and holiday spots in Montenegro. It's among the longest beaches in the country, and has great travel connections to and from Budva.
FROM EXIT: if you're travelling from EXIT festival, we recommend taking one of the coaches laid on by the festival organisers which will take you directly between the two events. However, you can also book direct flights from Belgrade (Serbia) to Tivat or Podgorica airports in Montenegro.
FROM HOME: Due to the location of Sea Dance, it is easiest to reach the festival by plane and then take one of the shuttle buses onto the festival site. The closest airports to Sea Dance are either Tivat or Podgorica, however there will also be services running from Dubrovnik, Split and Zadar.
You must be at least 18 to attend.
