Semibreve Festival is an experimental electronic music and digital arts festival in Braga, Portugal. Each year, an intriguing lineup of artists, musicians and performers come together to create immersive visual and sonic experiences in venues across the city.
Minimalist, avant-garde, ambient, industrial, drone and all manner of other experimental soundscapes are created by some of the most respected and celebrated figures in the scene. And similarly, installations from boundary-pushing visual artists are displayed for the duration of the festival.
The festival takes place in three venues in the heart of the city: revivalist theatre Theatro Circo, cultural centre gnration, and 17th century town house Casa Rolão.
