Throw some shapes on the slopes
Shapes is an electronic music festival from a collective of celebrated party brands and promotors, held in the Swiss ski resort of Leysin. The town is a holiday destination in its own right, with 100km of slopes available and epic alpine views, plus attractions such as thermal baths at your doorstep.
The party kicks off each day in the revolving mountain-top restaurant Kuklos, offering unbeatable panoramic views of the surrounding Alps, followed by a range of raucous après-ski parties down at the bottom of the slopes to finish off with DJ sets & bands in various venues around Leysin.
Leysin is a Swiss alpine resort at the eastern end of Lake Geneva. Once famed for its sanatoriums, it is now better known for mountain sports and stunning views.
BY TRAIN: Nearby Aigle is connected directly by rail to Montreux, Geneva, Lausanne and Sion among others. From Aigle, a train to Leysin takes just over 20 minutes.
BY PLANE: Leysin is one of the closest Swiss ski resorts to Geneva. From the city's airport, take a train to Aigle, followed by another to Leysin. The whole journey should take no longer than 2.5 hours.
