Snowboxx is an electronic festival that takes place in the Alpine ski resort of Avoriaz; where world famous DJs and snow-sports fanatics collide (metaphorically).
Taking place across a whole week, the festival includes all-day après-ski, professional snow-sports displays and night-time clubbing in the modern ski resort, just up the mountain from Morzine.
With fancy-dress on the slopes, stages in the snow and parties in pools, ice caves and igloos, the week is one of mayhem on the mountain.
In the shadow of Mont Blanc and looking down towards Morzine, Avoriaz is a highly renowned ski resort that sits at the centre of the Portes du Soleil region. Snowboxx will take place both on and off its pistes.
Avoriaz is situated less than two hours away from Geneva airport, and the festival will be providing private transfers from the airport. However, these must be booked in advance.
Alternatively, the resort is accessible via road or rail, though if you are planning to travel by rail, you will need to take a connecting bus up into the mountains from a nearby train station.
You must be at least 18 to attend.
