Combining electronic music with contemporary art
Sommerøya combines electronic music and contemporary art in the Norwegian capital Oslo, laying on two days of DJ sets, art installations, workshops and more.
Celebrating its tenth edition in 2019, Sommerøya is now one of the city's most relevant festivals, defining club culture in Norway and setting the agenda for electronic music.
The 2019 lineup will be announced closer to the festival. The last edition included sets from Claptone, DJ Koze, Surgeon, ANNA, Nastia and Honey Dijon.
Set along the Oslo-fjord, the festival offers scenic views of the downtown core on one side and the waters on the other.
