Celebrating its 10th anniversary

Splendour Festival brings a host of international stars to Nottingham's Wollaton Park this July to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

This year's festival will be headlined by Paloma Faith. One of the most successful female artists of the last decade, Paloma's latest release, The Architect, when straight to number one in November. Coincidentally, the Brit Award nominee will be celebrating her own birthday alongside the festival.

Beyond the three music stages, Splendour will also be filling its site with a host of extra activities, such as comedy in the courtyard, Gem 106's Weekend Anthems Silent Disco, and a dedicated kids' area filled with entertainers.

Splendour Festival will take place in the parkland surrounding Wollaton Hall, an Elizabethan country house in Nottingham.

Those travelling by public transport can catch a bus leaving the Victoria Centre or Upper Parliament Street in Nottingham city centre every 15 minutes from midday. These buses, marked ‘Wollaton Park – special event’ are in addition to the normal Wollaton bound 30 service from the same stops. 

Shuttle buses will be taking festival-goers back into the city centre from 9:30pm onwards every few minutes.

Yes, there will be a car park. This will cost £6 per car. Entrance is via Limetree Avenue off Middleton Blvd.

The festival gates will open at 11:30am, and the event is expected to finish around 10:30pm.

All ages are welcome at Splendour. Those aged 10 and under are permitted for free and do not require a ticket.
