Super Bock Super Rock is one of of Portugal's biggest and best-loved music festival, held in the capital city of Lisbon.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the festival has developed an enviable reputation for hugely impressive lineups that regularly feature some of the worlds biggest music stars.
Although strongly rooted in rock music – as the name suggests – the festival has also expanded its reach to include pop, hiphop and electronic music, with appearance in recent years from the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Future, Fatboy Slim and Disclosure to name just a few.
Now firmly settled in its city-centre home of Parque De Nações, the festival offers three days of revelry in the heart of the country's bustling capital.
The Parque das Nações is a large, green park to the north of Lisbon city centre. The open-space is the perfect location for the array of stages and stalls that the festival provides.
BY PLANE: Lisbon Airport is just a 20 minute bus or metro ride from the city centre.
BY TRAIN: Lisbon has excellent rail links with the rest of the country.
The festival's site is accessible via the Metro Red Line, alighting at Lisbon Oriente. Alternatively, bus numbers 400, 705, 708, 725, 728, 744, 750, 759, 782, 794 all pass by the festival.
All people with disabilities have specific places to watch the events held in MEO Arena and have parking spaces in the car park, for adapted vehicles. Other stages will have mounted platforms. To access this parking facility you must request accreditation from the MEO Arena box office or through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Those aged 6 and under will not be granted access.
Those aged 7 or over must be accompanied by an adult. Both the child and the adult must be holding a valid ticket.
