The Governors Ball is a music festival that celebrates a vibrant array of genres in the heart of New York City. Entering its 7th year, it has amassed a huge following from across the world, all eager to revel in the delights it has to offer.
With astounding lineups that incorporate some of the biggest names in music, expect to see legendary icons as well as the hottest acts on the contemporary music scene. All of this is accompanied by tonnes of events across the island, including silent discos, food fairs, games and whacky photo booths in order to make the experience that much more special.

BY PLANE: If you're flying into New York John F. Kennedy Airport, you can reach Randalls Island Park a variety of ways. You can either take a 20 minute taxi which will cost around £40, or a bus or subway:
BY BUS: Take a Connecticut Limousine - a shuttle bus - onto LaGuardia Airport before taking a Q100 bus onto 21 St/21 Av and then walk on over to the festival.
BY SUBWAY: Via subway, you can take either line 4, 5, or 6 to 125th street, where you can catch the X80 festival shuttle bus or walk to the festival.
BY FERRY: You can also take a ferry across to the island, departing from East 35th Street Ferry Landing located at the intersection of East 35th Street at the FDR Drive. Ferries will run approximately every 15 minutes, starting at 11am, and while Ferries to the island will stop at 9pm, ferries from the island will not stop until all ferry ticket buyers are off the island.
There is no re-entry each day of the festival. Camping on-site at the festival is not allowed, as per NYC park rules.
Children 5 years old and younger are admitted free. Strollers are allowed.
Free water-stations will be located throughout the grounds for you to use at your convenience and satiate your thirst.
There are a number of ATM's available on-site.
Yes! There will be plenty of places to buy an array of food and drink at the festival!
