One of France's top alternative festivals
This Is Not A Love Song is an eclectic indie music festival in the Ancient Roman city of Nîmes in southern France.
As it approaches its eighth edition in 2020, TINALS has already earned itself a worthy title of one of the country's top festivals for alternative and indie billings, seeing the likes of Phoenix, Beck, Father John Misty and Flying Lotus gracing its stages in previous years.
Held once more in the Paloma performing arts complex in the northeast of the city, the festival has a no-thrills attitude, putting the music very much at the fore – and rightly so.
The 2020 lineup will be announced closer to the festival. The last edition included sets from James Blake, Courtney Barnett, Big Thief, Dirty Projectors, Kurt Vile & The Violators.
Paloma is a music and performing arts complex situated to the northeast of Nîmes' city centre.
