Europe's greatest trance event

Transmission is undoubtedly the biggest and most recognised festival in Europe that's dedicated solely to trance music.

The festival welcomes thousands of fans to Czech city of Prague, a fanbase that has transformed into a tight-knit community of trance enthusiasts looking for a euphoric dance experience; it's not uncommon for long-time devotees to tattoo themselves with the festival's insignia, an example of Transmission's widespread adoration.

A who's who of contemporary greats and bonafide icons within the genre, Transmission consistently boasts the genre's most prestigious talent each edition, with the likes of Markus Schulz and Paul Van Dyk regularly featuring on the roster.

With unparalleled visual and sound production transforming Prague's O2 Arena for one night, Transmission is more than merely a festival, with it's strong sense of community and memorable performances ensuring it's reputation of Europe's greatest trance event remains intact every year.

Past Transmission events have taken place inside Prague's O2 Arena, with a capacity of 18,000.
