Finland's rock and metal giant
Tuska Open Air 2020 has been cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. Ticket-holders will have the option to roll their tickets over to 2021's edition. You can read the full statement from the festival here.
All Festicket customers will be contacted regarding next steps.
Tuska Open Air is a Finnish hard rock and heavy metal festival that's been showcasing riff-tastic lineups in Helsinki for over 20 years.
Now one of metal music's most established festivals, Tuska Open Air 2020 will feature sets from rock and metal icons including Korn, Gojira and Deftones.
Alongside these, Tuska also beef up their lineup with a healthy dose of the scene's rising stars, and thanks to Tuska's impeccable knowledge and passion, you can guarantee some of these will be the headliners of the future.
Suvilahti is a disused power plant to the north-east of Helsinki city centre. Its industrial backdrop perfectly complements the hard edge of Tuska.
Suvilahti, Parrukatu 2-4, Helsinki, 00540, Finland
BY PLANE: If you're flying into Helsinki International Airport, you can take either a Matkahoulto bus or a Helsinki Airport Shuttle into the city centre.
Once in Helsinki, the easiest way to reach the venue is by Metro, with the closest stop being Sörnäinen, a several hundred meters from the site. You can also get a tram (6, 7A/7B, 8) to Kurvi / Vilhovuori, or bus 68 from the central railway station.
For the first time this year Tuska is an 18+ festival. Bring ID to ensure entry.
