The multiple-genre festival to beat them all
VOLT festival is a multi-genre festival in Sopron Hungary. Getting it’s title from the pop culture magazine of the same name, the festival has been running since 1993.
As one of Sziget’s sibling festivals, VOLT curates an annual lineup consisting of electronic, rock, pop, jazz and urban genres. Previous lineups have included Slipknot, Slash, The Black Eyed Peas, Depeche Mode, Clean Bandit and Hurts.
A four day festival, you can experience fantastic music across several stages, alongside theatre performances, visual art exhibitions, film screenings, sporting events and more.
Sopron is situated in the north-west of Hungary and is a small town that comes to life each year with the arrival of the festival.
