The finest curation of electronic music from the French coast
Worldwide is an electronic music festival held every summer in the French fishing port of Sète, famed for its eclectic curation from DJ Gilles Peterson.
Parties begin every morning across cafes and beaches around the Mediterranean town, before heading to the epic cliff top views of the Theatre de la Mer amphitheatre for evening proceedings.
Always a champion of new music, the festival is known as space for Peterson to debut some of his favourite upcoming gems from around the world, which, married with its relatively small capacity and coastal vibe, brings a returning crowd year-on-year.
The 2019 lineup will be announced closer to the festival, but the 2018 edition included the likes of Four Tet, Ben UFO, Daphni, James Holden & The Animal Spirits and Moodyman.
Worldwide Festival is held at the open-air Theatre de la Mer in the town of Sète in Southern France.
