Outdoor Partying on a Grand Scale
Since its first edition in 2010, Zürich Open Air and its world class Rock, Indie and Electro lineups have made waves across Europe, rapidly establishing it as the fully-fledged festival that this corner of Switzerland was crying out for.
This year will be only the 4th edition, but Zürich Openair has already been graced by stellar names such as Faithless, The Prodigy, Kraftwerk, The Killers, Nine Inch Nails, Arctic Monkeys and The xx, and its crowds are already pushing the 70,000 mark. All this success is hardly surprising, as it is a testament to a team of organisers who know exactly how to put on the full-blown, rampaging party that festivalgoers crave.
Headliners Paolo Nutini, Deadmau5 and Röyksopp & Robyn will be joined by a whole host of international stars and up-and-coming talents, pounding out guitar riffs, spinning discs and creating a relentless rhythm to suit all tastes. Buckle up and head to Zürich – August is going to end in style.
