A multi-genre extravaganza
Zürich Openair is multi-genre musical festival held annually in Switzerland. The enviable lineup regularly finds a balance between rock, indie, electronic and hip-hop music.
Headliners in recent years have often directly reflected this variety of genres; with everyone from The Prodigy to The Libertines to Massive Attack topping the bill at previous editions.
95000 square metres, 50000 music fans, 100 acts, and four days and nights of unforgettable music.
Though Bern is the country's capital, Zurich is the largest city in Switzerland. To the north of the city centre, the festival site is right next to the airport.

Zürich Kloten Airport is the largest in Switzerland, and the festival site is within touching distance of the airport's southern corner. Tram lines 10 and 12 run from the airport every few minutes, and it's a 5 minute journey to Bäuler station, which is the festival site.
The organisers recommend that drivers park at the airport and then take the tram.
By train, Glattbrugg Bahnhof is a very short walk from the venue.
