Dutch superstar Robbert van de Corput – better known as Hardwell – has welcomed the Ultra Europe 2017 lineup, telling Festicket Magazine that "fans can be assured of another amazing event with the best artists and production going."
The lineup has arrived after months of intense speculation, in the process confirming beyond any doubt that Ultra Europe is definitely going ahead this summer – and that it will be just as big as ever.
David Guetta, Tiësto, Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, Axwell ^ Ingrosso, Afrojack and Steve Aoki are among the other artists who'll be sharing the festival's stages this year. Here's the full lineup announced so far.
Hardwell has been part of Ultra Europe every year since it started in 2014. "You get to see the evolution of an event and how the crowd mature with it. I'm happy to be a part of the lineup each year because you can guarantee it will be one of the biggest and most impressive lineups going."
He also reflected on all that he has achieved in his career so far – including having his own Madame Taussards waxwork – and on the charitable work that is becoming so important to him. "The one that overshadows all achievements so far is my United We Are Foundation aid event in Mumbai. We had over 75,000 people attend the show and help us raise enough money to educate 20,000+ children."
