Multi-genre music is music that doesn't fall into one music category; so, an artist could be both rap and pop and folk for instance. Multi-genre festivals consist of artists of a wide range of genres - the various artists can stick to one genre, but the festival as a whole will have a variety. These festivals are quite popular as there's often an artist and/or genre that ever festival-goer will like.
