In just a few weeks time Dirtybird Campout will be transforming part of the California desert into a haven of creativity, inviting festival-goers to dig out their childish side and leave the frantic city life at home.
Much more than just a music festival, Dirtybird Campout is a weekend of endless activities, fun and games. Here are just some of the things you need to do at this year's festival.
Recharge your batteries
Whenever you have a spare moment between the shenanigans, there's no better way to recharge than signing up to one (or more) of the variety of classes that Dirtybird will be running, including everything from traditional yoga to twerking dance classes, laughter yoga and Acroyoga.
Enter a tournament
Get your competitive edge on, gather your team (if needed) and compete to be the kings and queens of Dirtybird. Tournaments at this year's festival include dodgeball, tug of war, 5k floatie races, kickball, scavenger hunt and costume boat races.
Try a workshop
Ever fancied yourself as a bit of a twerk-maestro? Or always wanted to release that inner-artist you're convinced is inside? Well, you're in luck because Dirtybird's immense selection of workshops will have you proving those theories, or smashing them at the same time.
See some top music
From indie to dance, Dirtybird has you covered with a music lineup of firm favorites to undiscovered gems. Check out the full lineup on our guide.
Still looking for the one? Get yourself down to Dirtybird's speed dating to help you leave the festival in love.
Show off your talent
Feel like you've got what it takes to show the world your talent? Whether it's comedy, singing, dance, or whatever, this is your time to shine.
Laugh out loud
Come laugh under the stars at the absurdity of life with Ruffled Feathers Comedy.
Gather your crew
Well, technically this is one to do before you arrive. In honor of all the wonderful and crazy crews that turn out each year, Dirtybird are offering a next level experience to one crew, featuring a primo sectioned off spot in group camping positioned on a large grassy knoll, which will have enough space for more than 20 people and eight vehicles. But most of all, they're going to print a custom flag to officially designate your crew’s authority in badassery.
To win, all you need to do is fill out the application here and describe why your crew deserves to win.
