Monday, Monday, Monday, what do you have for us this time?
Circa Waves - T-Shirt Weather (Single)
The summer sun maybe a distant memory right now, but Liverpool charmers Circa Waves are trying their best to dispel the Winter Blues by releasing a nailed on summer anthem: 'T-Shirt Weather'. The typical indie-pop tune features reverb-drenched riffs that soar below a catchy chorus that'll have you spinning around your bedroom before you can say pop. Luke Nightingale
José González – Vestiges & Claws (Album)
José González’s first album release in eight years brings more of the intricate picked-guitar and mellow vocals that made his name back in the mid-2000s. Simple lyrics, in the main, act as a vessel for González’s precise orchestration, and it’s impressive to think that his style remains so distinctive. But anyone hoping for a new direction from the Swedish acoustic new-folkster will be disappointed. José González will be performing at NOS Primavera Sound & Colours of Ostrava. Joel Robertson
Drake - Jungle (Short Film)
In a new video posted to the rapper's website, Drake philosophises over fame and the meaning of life. In the 14-minute clip, he reunites with old friends and family through longing car journeys and home video montages. The film also features two snippets of potential new music too, hinting possibly in the direction of his upcoming album. You can catch Drake at Wireless. Luke Nightingale
