It may seem like summer has only just ended for another year, but already sights are set next firmly on 2020 as far as the folks at NOS Alive are concerned. With ten months still to go until the next edition of the beloved Portuguese festival, the lineup can already boast three hugely impressive names.
The most recently announced is Gen Z pop sensation, teen icon, and global chart topper Billie Eilish, who last week confirmed a series of huge shows across Europe next summer, including appearances at NOS Alive on Friday 10 July and Lollapalooza Paris on Saturday 18 July.
This revelation followed the news that another international pop music superstar, Taylor Swift, would be returning to festival stages for the first time in over a decade, her headline appearance on the opening night of NOS Alive forming part of a string of shows in support of latest album Lover.
The third act confirmed, earlier this summer, is one that will particularly excite Portuguese fans, as hometown rap-rock outfit Da Weasel will reform for the first time in years for a unique and exclusive show on the final day of the festival.
