In yet another twist to the lineup for this year's BIME Live, Four Tet has now been confirmed to appear on Saturday 27 October.
Initally, Fever Ray had been scheduled as the headliner for the festival's second and final day, but she unfortunately had to cancel her appearance (along with several others) due to struggles with anxiety and panic attacks.
The festival then enlisted the more-than-capable services of M.I.A. to take on headlining duties, but that was fairly short-lived after the famously unpredictable performer recently announced she would be quitting/taking a break from music.
Now, they've basically pulled it out the bag again at short notice by bringing in Mr Kieran Hedben – better known as Four Tet. The performance will come just two weeks after his sold out four night residency at the 02 Academy Brixton, in his native South London, so it's a pretty prime time to catch the hugely revered producer.
The announcement also comes alongside the news that there will be a brand new dance venue/area for this year called Goxo – with a trap-leaning musical programme – in addition to the main arena and the techno focused Gaua stage. See the full lineup below.
